Founded in 1956 as a manufacturer’s representative for OEM and industrial air moving equipment and dust collection.
70 years of application engineering alongside partners like Cincinnati Fan, Daniels Fans, Northern Blower, United Blower, and Aerodyne.
Diversified Equipment (Kogi Environmental Solutions) - North Carolina
1968
David Bell founded Diversified Equipment to serve the furniture, textile, and tobacco industries, becoming the first SmogHog distributor in the United States.
Acquired by Kogi Capital in 2020 and rebranded as Kogi Environmental Solutions in 2023.
Dynacom, Inc. - Chagrin Falls, Ohio
1978
Tony Pfenning Sr. founded Dynacom as a one-man operation solving air pollution and dust collection problems for industrial customers in Northern Ohio. Over four decades, the company grew into a Midwest regional powerhouse, with three generations of the Pfenning family at its core. Today, Dynacom operates from a 7,000 sq ft facility in Chagrin Falls with a full team of sales, engineering, and service professionals.
