The 2″ MistBuster Impinger is a metal mesh filter designed for the MistBuster MB500 and MB850 mist collector units. Positioned before or after the electronic collector cell, it acts as an impinger that mechanically traps large mist droplets and particulate, protecting the collector cell and helping maintain consistent capture performance.

Standard MB500 and MB850 configurations use two impingers per machine, one as a prefilter to knock out large droplets before the air reaches the electronic cell, and one as a postfilter to catch any carryover. Because it is a metal mesh design, the impinger can be cleaned and reused rather than discarded, keeping maintenance simple and operating costs low.
