FRED Jr. Portable Fume Extractor

Keep breathing zones safe with the FRED Jr. portable fume extractor, a compact mobile unit that captures weld fumes, dust, and airborne contaminants right at the source. Its flexible 10′ externally articulated capture arm positions easily over the work, pulling harmful particles away before they spread through the shop.

Equipped with a MERV 15 nanofiber filter that captures particles as small as 0.5 micron, the FRED Jr. delivers clean air and high capture efficiency without the cost of ductwork or permanent installation. The powerful suction and capture velocity let it collect contaminants from a greater distance than many comparable units, keeping workers protected even during demanding applications.

Because it rolls between workstations on casters and runs on standard single phase power, the FRED Jr. is a flexible, cost-effective way to meet OSHA guidelines for weld fume control across a fabrication shop, maintenance bay, or mobile job site.
