The PCN-01N SmogHog Mobile ESP Collector is a self-contained electrostatic precipitation filtration system designed to remove welding fumes, oily smoke, and light mist directly at the source. Rated up to 1,000 CFM, this mobile unit provides powerful intermittent-use air cleaning while maintaining clean, recirculated air in the workspace.

Using advanced electrostatic precipitator (ESP) technology, the PCN charges airborne particles through an ionization stage and captures them on high-efficiency collection plates. A reusable aluminum mesh prefilter removes larger particles and improves airflow distribution before contaminants enter the electrostatic section.

The PCN is designed for flexible source capture using an optional 8-inch extraction arm, hose, or duct, making it ideal for welding stations, fabrication areas, and industrial work cells where portable filtration is required.

Durable powder-coated steel construction protects the unit in harsh environments, while the integrated power pack converts standard 115V input into high-voltage DC required for ESP operation. Clean air is safely recirculated back into the workspace, improving air quality without the need for permanent ducting.
