The Smog-Hog SG2 H is a higher-capacity industrial electrostatic mist collector built to capture oil mist, coolant mist, and smoke from demanding machining and metalworking applications. Contaminated air passes through the electrostatic precipitator, where particles are charged and collected on reusable cells, returning clean air to the shop.

The SG series is designed for larger airflows and central collection systems, and the SG2 H pairs a 3 HP motor with 460V three phase power for strong, sustained capture. Because the collection cells are washable and reusable, there are no disposable primary filters to buy, which keeps long-term operating costs low. This unit is configured for left-to-right airflow.
