The VCC 1500 Coolant Cat is a media-based mist collector built to capture oil mist, coolant mist, and smoke from machining and metalworking operations. Contaminated air is drawn through progressive stages of filter media, which coalesce and trap the mist and smoke particles before releasing clean air back into the shop.

Media filtration makes the VCC 1500 a straightforward, dependable choice: as the filters load, they are simply replaced, with no cells to wash or complex maintenance. The unit comes mounted on a 2″ stand with casters, so it can be positioned where it is needed and moved between machines as your layout changes. A 6″ inlet collar makes ducting to the source simple.
