Meet the leadership team

William Arambula is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Kogi Capital, a private investment firm established in 2018 that focuses on deploying capital across the capital structure of lower-middle market companies in North America.

He has played a pivotal role in shaping Kogi’s innovative indoor air pollution control platform and has co-led investments in diverse sectors, including affordable real estate, wealth management, industrial services, ecotourism, water treatment, and private credit.

Cristian is the Founding Partner of Kogi Capital and Managing Director of Kogi Environmental Solutions, with a strong background in corporate finance, credit, and business development. He brings nearly a decade of experience across J.P. Morgan and Chugach Alaska Corporation, and holds a BA in History & Economics from Swarthmore College and an MS in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Cristian co-manages Kogi Environmental Solutions and plays an active role in board leadership and strategic acquisitions.
