As a Service Technician, Rick works directly in customer facilities on the equipment that keeps their operations running. His work covers installation and startup, preventive maintenance, component cleaning and replacement, and troubleshooting when a system is not performing the way it should.
He works across the equipment lines we represent and service, and focuses on getting units back to full performance with as little disruption to production as possible.
